Watercolour | 7 x 9 inches “I love painting subjects like this in watercolour. There was a wonderful iridescent glow on the sea that was vital to get right; otherwise the subject would’ve looked lacklustre. Note the lost and found edges throughout the painting.”

Watercolour | 7 x 9 inches “Watercolour wouldn’t be my first choice for depicting this subject- a subject more suited to an oil painting. However, I was pleased with the outcome. I was really trying to get rich colours from a medium that tends to be very subtle.”
