Kieron’s favourite pastel,

It was as if Kieron was determined to succeed in everything he attempted to do, whatever it was… pastels especially, exceeded all our expectations in someone so young…

Observing Kieron throwing himself into his new found passion, and wondering what he would produce next was a magical experience, and even now, you never know what he’s going to present to you… I cannot describe the energy that is in the house when he is fired up to paint!

Nothing prepares you really for such a life changing event as this. Turning into an international and global artist in such demand at such a young age is unimaginable, trying to stay grounded is paramount…

Winter themes loaned themselves perfectly for card images as the demand for Kieron’s work escalated and people wanting to take away some memento of his work that was in such demand and difficult to secure.

With no formal advertising, it was a huge surprise to learn that Kieron’s 16 paintings had sold to his mailing list in 14 minutes.. it was at that point that we realised we had something very scary and thrilling to deal with…

Cattle began as small insignificant suggestions in the distance of Kieron’s work, they now feature as the main focal point in some of his current works as his confidence has grown painting them and his love for them as creatures has also grown.

Kieron was six years old when he was invited to join Brian Ryder’s watercolour and introduction to oil painting classes. This piece was completed as part of that workshop.

To some it looks a mess, to others, it shows Kieron’s appreciation of laying down a background colour and creating a misty atmosphere… he was only seven years old and we love this piece.
