‘The 4am start was definitely worth it for the stunning sunrise. But it was as we were leaving, the herd of cattle emerged from the woodland and onto the marsh into this incredible misty light. All I was thinking of while I was painting in the beautiful morning light was of John Arnesby Brown’s painting “The Coming Day’’.’
