Patrick Barkham's article has been held in very high regard and remains to date the most popular article depicting Kieron's story. December 2009 seems a long time ago, and yet reading the article it seems like yesterday, we now live in a very different house, in a different Norfolk location. Kieron has his own studio now too. But the one thing that has remained the same is that Kieron insists on keeping 'Uncle Timmy's Table' that he painted at in our old kitchen!!!
Kieron continues to capture a moment in time with a paintbrush, pencil or a stub of pastel, and his eagerness to immerse himself in that moment avoids the many pitfalls of 'worrying' about the presentation, perspective, and end result of the painting, if its any good at the end, thats a bonus, but Kieron loves the process.
